Jan Taminiau Catwalk Show
Jan Taminiau – Fashionmoment
The show of Jan Taminiau was one of the highlights of this Amsterdam International Fashion Week. The transformation of young innocent girls into strong amazones was beautifully done and touching.
Bibi van der Velden Catwalk Show
Bibi vd Velden – Show (it) girls!
Jewelry-designer Bibi van der Velden found a great way to show her vintage-style jewelry. The set and styling were inspired by Marlene Dietrich and old school cabaret and that seemed a great and glamourous way to show her work.
AMFI Individuals Catwalk Show
Individuals – Take it easy
Soft colours. Bulky knitwear. Easy pieces. And a focus at long dresses, long coats and wide trousers. They know how to design clothes at the AMFI but we missed a little firework, though. Sorry guys!
Maartje Dijkstra Catwalk Show
Maartje Dijkstra – Future Knights
We loved the black & white drawings on shirts! The girls looked like future knights in their helmets, shiny clothes and jackets which sometimes reminded us of bulletproof vests and corsets.
EnD by Eva and Delia Catwalk Show
EnD – Tough girls
Eva van Overbeeke and Delia Drel are the designers behind the streetwise fashionlabel EnD. They sent out a colourfol, strong collection for tough girls. The graphic design of little animals was playful and added some juice to the sportswear-inspired clothes.

Oilily Catwalk Show
Oilily – Dutch style
Oilily stays true to its Dutch roots, with longforgotten prints and graphics. But it also mixed foreign influences into the collection. Besides modern classics there were jeans and sportswear, which gave an upbeat touch to the collection.
LEW Catwalk Show
LEW
You will not forget this collection easily. Especially the patchwork of colours and the graphic mix.
Joline Jolink Catwalk Show
The collections of Joline Jolink are getting more and more mature and extremely wearable, and that’s a compliment!. For her autumn-collection she chose a clean, straight silhouette with a focus at the waist. The graphic effect of mixing colours like black, grey, white and orange was strong and daring. This lady likes to be straight forward.
Sherida Augustin Catwalk Show
Iris van Herpen Catwalk Show
Iris van Herpen – Yes!
Iris van Herpen showed for the second time and what a show it was! Inspired by crows and the dark, magic world of alchemists she tried to capture different atmospheres. Strength, danger, transparency, movement, it all came together in corset-like creations in leather, metal and threads. Very conceptual and very interesting. We’d love to see more.
